There Wasn’t Any Celebrity From Bollywood To Wish Asin
Southern beauty Asin , who’s making a foray into Bollywood, hardly has any friends in Hindi film industry.
Save for the actors Aamir Khan and Salman Khan with whom she has worked or is working in Ghajini and London Dreams , Asin is pretty much aloof from the filmi camps and friend circles in Mumbai.
Asin celebrated her birthday on October 26 recently without any fanfare. She had her father and mother by her side when she cut the cake on her 23rd birthday. There wasn’t any celebrity from Bollywood to wish Asin.
The actress concedes that all her friends are mainly in Chennai and Kochi and she has yet to form a friend circle in Mumbai.
It’s been about a year since Asin moved to Mumbai. She has so far been living at a rented place and aims to buy a place of her own in Bandra soon.
Her movie ‘Ghajini’ with Aamir is set for Christmas release, while her ‘London Dreams’ with Salman and Ajay Devgan will hit the theatres in the summer of 2009.
